james.tauber@leibniz-hki.de James grew up in Maryland, USA and studied Microbiology and also Germanic Studies at the University of Maryland. He then moved to Zurich, Switzerland to continue to study Microbiology at ETHZ where he did his masters thesis in fungal-fungal interactions utilizing microfluidics.
